Alumni Spotlight: Kyle

Kyle began his journey at Oakfield College on the Pre‑Internship Programme, where he developed the confidence, skills, and work habits needed to progress toward employment. His commitment and positive attitude soon stood out.

Following his success on the programme, Kyle progressed onto a two‑year Painting and Decorating Apprenticeship with Wigan & Leigh College, taking the next step toward building a skilled trade career.

As part of his apprenticeship, Kyle is now working with Connelly in Wigan, gaining hands‑on industry experience and further developing his professional skillset. His employers have praised his dedication and strong work ethic.

Adding to his achievements, Kyle has also recently passed his driving test, a fantastic milestone that will support his independence and future career opportunities.
