Over the last few days, learners, families and professionals from Y9 and Y11 got together to discuss ‘person centered’ goals and aspirations with Mrs Telford ahead of their transition annual reviews that are due to take place. 

Families were able to discuss pathways, share information and gain advice and guidance from professionals and services along with the process of transition and preparation for adulthood (PFA). The event was well attended, and Mrs Telford would like to thank all involved in the successful event.
