Oakfield Eco Council have visited The Youth Eco Summit 2023. This event allows learners the opportunity to network with a range of professionals and other schools, working collaboratively to reduce climate change and the worlds carbon footprint.
The Eco Council team learned about recycling, road safety, biking benefits and also worked with the wildlife trust. Learners enjoyed interacting with ocean animals and are planning a beach clean-up later in the academic year.
